Notice to Prospective Buyers

1). Pets
The AH By-laws allow for no more than one pet that may not exceed at maturity 35 pounds in weight and 20 inches in height (measured at the shoulder). No resident may keep a dangerous animal. The Board does allow exemptions for size and number of pets in a unit on a case-by-case basis, but an exemption should not be expected. If you seek an exemption, please contact the Board, and expect a response within 48 hours. For more detailed information on pets, please see Schedule A Rules and Regulations, Section G-2, 1992.

2). Short-term Rentals are Prohibited
The Ambassador House By-laws prohibit short term rentals. AH homes are to be used as single-family residences. 

3) Leasing of Units
A co-owner may lease their unit with permission from the Board of Directors. The minimum lease term is for six months. If the unit is leased, the co-owner must provide the Board with a copy of the lease and provide the name and contact information of the renter. 

No co-owner may own or have an interest in more than two condo units at the Ambassador House. 

4). Residential Use Only:
Ambassador House recognizes that people work from home, however outside of usual remote work, units in the Ambassador House may not be used as a business. Clients, employees, suppliers, or the public cannot visit the residence for business purposes.
